Rehabilitation Consultant – Psychologist or Rehabilitation Counsellor The ORS Group

JOB DESCRIPTION

The ORS Workplace Rehabilitation division is expanding and we are seeking our next clinician to join us! You will join a national team of 50+ consultants providing clinical services & evidence based case management for injured workers so they can get back to living their best lives. You will work across national and state based customer contracts.

We get to work with an amazing group of clients and you will play an integral part in their personal growth and development, working together to achieve their goals. You will form a close bond with your clients and support their health outcome attainments every step of the way.

You will perform an array of assessments and interventions across various environments, including family homes, workplaces, medical centres and clinics, and/or ORS offices. You will help to bring best practice health engagements into all facets of our clients’ rehabilitation journeys.

Work Life Balance

The ORS executive team really believes in the benefits of a healthy work life balance. Many of us have families and lead busy lives outside of work so we know how important it is for our staff to maintain a balanced lifestyle. For this reason we:

  • Provide the resources for our staff to be able to work from home
  • Aim to allocate clients close to your home
  • Give you ownership of your own calendar so you can book appointments to suit your schedule

  • Give you the ability to work part time or reduced hours

Learning and Development

At ORS we truly value the clinical and professional development of our staff. That is why we have a team of dedicated Learning & Development Managers who all possess 20+ years clinical experience, extensive background in university lecturing, and impressive qualifications. You will be able to connect with them in one on one and group training sessions, plus have the ability to email or pick up the phone at any time to ask their advice on complex cases. This resource is in addition to the many Managers and Team Leaders we have on staff!

Graduate Programs

If you have recently graduated, or are within your first 12 months of experience, you will be eligible to participate in ORS’ six month tailored new graduate program. This includes reduced client hours, an allocated supervisor, weekly mentoring, graduate-specific training and opportunities to network with other new graduates and senior practitioners across Australia. Many of our leaders started with ORS in our Graduate Program!
