About the role 

Konekt has an exciting opportunity for a Psychologist or Rehabilitation Counsellor to deliver workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions that enable individuals and organisations to achieve their potential, based in Canberra.  

In this role, you will: 

  • Use your specialist knowledge and skills to help people to return to meaningful employment
  • Make a real impact in the lives of those who have sustained psychological injuries at work or may be facing personal challenges at home or in the community.
  • Use your clinical expertise and skills will be used to support your clients’ journey as they return to work and life through Insurance Schemes, Employment Services and Disability Employment Services.
  • Minimise the impact of injuries, illness and disability through delivery of prevention, rehabilitation, and training services
  • Take responsibility for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor client’s progress toward their return-to-work goal 
  • Engage with key stakeholders and develop strong relationships that drive successful partnerships

You’ll also need to have: 

  • Professional registration with AHPRA, ASORC, RCAA
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field 
  • A current Working with Children Check 
  • Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application
