About the Role

As a Rehabilitation Consultant , you are an integral piece of someone’s recovery, you support them through their rehab journey and guide them through the process

  • Assisting individuals to recover from injury and return to work through a client-centred approach, focusing on health and wellbeing
  • Managing a portfolio of cases including Workers Compensation NSW, NDIS, CTP ComCare and WHS
  • Undertake Vocational assessments, initial needs assessments and worksite assessments
  • Deliver Vocational Counselling, facilitate interventions and well being programs
  • Collaborate and liase with employers, medical and other allied health professionals 
  • Identify barriers preventing clients from returning to work
  • Document case notes as part of your reporting, applying your clinical judgement to support and guide your clients
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders

About You 

You’re passionate about connecting with and helping others feel their best again. Your excellent communication skills, integrity and positive attitude make you a valued team member, and you also have: 

  • Tertiary qualifications in Rehab Counselling or Psychology & registration with AHPRA, ASORC or RCAA
  • Valid Australian Drivers’ License and own vehicle
