Supporting our ADF return to wellness you will identify mental health issues and work through psychosocial barriers. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will drawing upon your clinical skills and support people throughout their rehab journey. You will be rewarded with real tangible outcomes. A vital link helping our ADF achieve specific health goals to be able to return to service.
- Perform worksite assessments;
- Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders including the employee who has suffered injury, illness, or trauma, medical specialists, other treatment providers and allied health professionals;
- Applying your clinical knowledge to facilitate a return to wellness plan;
- Case management – Implementing and monitoring rehabilitation plans.

What will make you successful:
- Full membership with AASW, ASORC/RCAA, AHPRA(or eligibility for)
- Tertiary qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work or Psychology (Graduates welcome to apply)
- Strong clinical reasoning
- Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams to support the achievement of a common goal
- Passion to help people rehabilitate
(Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, or Nurses with appropriate professional registration are also encouraged to apply)
