This national client provides Rehabilitation Case Management services to people with varying illnesses, injury or disability. Their focus is on collaboration, communication and achieving results.

This opportunity is for a standout senior who is interested in joining an established provider in QLD. The role will focus on the safe and effective mental rehabilitation for individuals who have sustained traumatic and potentially life changing injuries in the workplace. As a Senior, you will conduct psychological assessments and identify capacity, implement collaborative and individualised rehabilitation plans and provide support to new graduates.

You’d be a GREAT fit for the role if you are:
- A fully qualified Rehabilitation Counsellor (FULL ASORC or RCAA membership mandatory) or registered Psychologist (full AHPRA reg)
- Experienced in Case Management with expertise in Return to Work.
- Skilled in conducting assessments and providing career guidance.
- A confident leader with the ability to train and mentor new graduates.
- You have the ability to deliver counselling to people who are dealing with a sudden change in their career goals and circumstances.
- Knowledgeable with complex diagnoses and conditions.
- You’re a positive go getter, with a commercial mindset.
- You are a passionate and independent professional.
