JOB DESCRIPTION

Organisation:
Our client has been in the workplace rehabilitation space for over 20 years and has supported people through their rehabilitation journey throughout Australia. They provide a person centred approach to their clients and are an industry leader.

Role:
You will be part of a small team that provides a high standard of rehabilitation / injury management consulting to achieve exceptional clinical and return to work outcomes. This is a flexible role where you will be managing your own day and working through your case loads. You will have very achievable KPI’s and support from admin staff, who will help with all report writing. You will work with a multi-disciplinary team and a manager who is very supportive and an Allied Health professional.

Selection Criteria
In order to be successful in this role you will require:

  • Qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling
  • Experience working in workplace rehabilitation
  • Knowledge of workplace factors impacting on employees mental health
  • Ability to work autonomously and meet KPIs
  • Drivers licence and car
