This employer is seeking a graduate or junior Rehabilitation Counsellor to join their North Sydney team. They are truly dedicated to investing in their staff, empowering their clients, and working together with their multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to achieve the best results possible. They have a strong desire to be a provider who is known for their quality service, and as such, will welcome applications from motivated graduates and clinicians. 

 

The role will involve:

  • A range of industry-specific assessments and services
  • Case management – building strong relationships with all stakeholders. 
  • Completion of high-level written reporting
  • Opportunity to expand and broaden your caseload to other areas including: EAP, workplace training and potentially some clinical work.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Tertiary qualification in Rehabilitation Counsellor (with relevant registration & membership- AHPRA, ASORC etc)
  • Good relationship-building ability.
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal & written) 
  • The ability to work effectively in a friendly team
