The Role
You will be working alongside a variety of clients in both the Private and Public Health sectors to deliver services that result in the best rehabilitation practices for your clients. You pride yourself on your ability to deliver client-centred management valuing resilient service and compassionate care. You encompass the people skills to build and maintain meaningful relationships, and exceptional technical skills to ensure a solution-focused approach.

  • Initiate both mental health and physical injury-related support under the guidance and coordination of treating health professionals.
  • Monitor the efficacy of program activities to support pre-and post-service.
  • Provide holistic support as you assist in restoring an individual’s highest level of functional performance to deliver a successful return to work plan.
  • Develop personalised rehabilitation plans to support an individual’s holistic approach to rehabilitation.
  • Deliver timely and efficient case management.
  • Develop quality early intervention strategies.

Essential Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • AHPRA + ASORC Registered Psychologist OR Rehabilitation Counsellor
  • Minimum 2-years experience as a Psychologist OR Rehabilitation Counsellor
  • Valid Australian Driver’s License
  • Excellent written + report writing abilities and verbal communication skills
  • Strong aptitude for time management
