Our Adelaide office is expanding and we are seeking a passionate Rehabilitation Consultant to come on board and join our successful, multi-disciplinary team, where we have a fantastic team culture and dedication to career development opportunities plus much more!

The role involves:

  • Supporting people to recover and return to work and pre-injury activities using your clinical skills and knowledge;
  • Conducting a range of different assessment services including: Initial, Vocational Career Counselling, Suitable Employment and Vocational Assessments;  
  • Case management across various jurisdictions including RTWSA, Life Insurance, CTP and private industry;
  • Job Seeking to assist with re-deployment following injury or illness;
  • Liaison with health professionals, Doctors, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.

About you:

  • Rehabilitation Counsellor with Full or Associate ASORC Membership, Nurse with AHPRA registration or Social Worker registered with Australian Association of Social Workers;
  • Interested or experienced in vocational rehabilitation service provision;
  • Current Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain);
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal;
  • Excellent time management;
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem solving;
  • Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude and positive approach; and
  • Genuine commitment to continuous improvement.
