What you’ll do
- Facilitate groups, creating a therapeutic learning environment for clients to explore individual, couple and family relationship issues
- Ensure compliance with all program requirements
- Contribute to the design, implementation and evaluation of programs
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of program resources
- Undertake administrative requirements and ensure accurate record keeping
- Regularly attend Clinical Supervision
The details
- Part time contract to 30/6/23
- 3 days a week – able to work from home
- Able to run sessions after business hours at times
- $42-$47 per hour + super
What you’ll bring
- Formal graduate qualifications in Social Work, Psychology or other relevant disciplines including group work training
- Minimum 3 years experience in working with families and groupwork
- Relevant experience in working in an educational context with adults and children
- Understanding of groupwork practice and process
- Ability to provide quality therapeutic groupwork interventions that are person- centred, trauma-informed, strengths-based.
- Highly developed therapeutic skill base for assessment, engagement and working with people who have experienced separation, abuse and trauma
