JOB DESCRIPTION

Purpose

The primary purpose of this Chaplaincy role is to support the school community’s emotional, social, and spiritual wellbeing and development. This goal is achieved through three key roles: Pastoral Care, Referral, and Resource.

Working Hours

This role is offered at a part time capacity (0.8) with workdays being negotiable and mutually agreed with the Senior Pastor and College Principal.

Who We Are

Carey operates on two campuses with a Church, College, Jump Early Development Services and Timber Cafe operating on each. Carey has also developed the Carey Right `Track Foundation, Avenir Leadership Institute and Carey Hope, each of which serve both on and well beyond our campuses. Our colleges serve the educational needs of over 2000 students across two campuses (Harrisdale and Forrestdale).
