About the position
We are currently seeking a a School Counsellor on a part-time basis (4 days a week) to join the team at Strathfield. As a School Counsellor, you will have a crucial role in overseeing the wellbeing of students within your assigned Stage. You will be responsible for fostering a strong and resilient learning community by leading various wellbeing activities and programs.
This position requires an enthusiastic, proactive person to work autonomously and in a team in meeting the needs of students in our school community. This position requires an understanding of issues relating to the emotional, social and educational development of young students.

The salary package for this position is in accordance with the Independent Schools of NSW Support & Operational Staff Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2021/ Independent Schools of NSW Teachers (Hybrid Model) Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2021.
