JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is an established & impactful not-for-profit Psychological Services Provider in New England-North West NSW.  

The opportunity for a Psychologist (Provisional or Full Registration), Social Worker or Counsellor to work in Moree as a School Counsellor is on offer. 

The Benefits:

  • Salary of c.$80-92K + Super + Salary Packaging 
  • Salary packaging up to $15,900/year & entertainment benefits of up to $2650/year (tax free)
  • Equivalent to c.$91-101K + Super in a private sector role
  • $12K relocation package including $6K relocation costs plus $6K accommodation ($3K upon commencement & $3K after 6 months)

The Role:

  • Provide Counselling services to primary school-aged students
  • Formulate treatment plans tailored to the needs of individual clients
  • Report-writing, case noting & administration, in line with the requirements of your role
  • An independent role, you will have the opportunity to make a difference working with young people in regional NSW
  • Work collaboratively with internal & external stakeholders
  • Debrief with an experienced regional team & managers

The Perfect Candidate:

  • AHPRA-Registered Psychologist – Provisional or full Registration, AASW-Accredited Social Worker or ACA-Accredited Counsellor
  • Counselling experience valuable, motivated graduates warmly welcome to apply

  • Comfortable working autonomously & as part of a broader regional team
