School Psychologist

This is an opportunity for an outstanding Psychologist to join our vibrant and collegial community. You will be responsible for nurturing the well-being of the boys at our Wadhurst School Campus.
Here, you’ll find purpose in your work. You’ll use the best of traditional and contemporary strategies to lay the groundwork which will ensure a confident future for each child, and you’ll be given what you need to do this well.

You will

  • hold current registration as a Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority and/or eligibility for membership with the Australian Psychological Society
  • be a skilled and committed School Psychologist who has proven experience in supporting the well-being of children through effective diagnosis, counselling and other suitable forms of engagement
  • enjoy working in partnership with teachers and other staff to deliver the best possible pastoral care programme for each individual student
  • want to work in a setting where you are supported to do your best work
  • be motivated by the prospect of operating in a well-resourced environment
  • be interested in being involved in the community life of the School

This role is a part-time (0.6) ongoing position, commencing Term 1, 2023.
