The Role:
We are currently seeking a Senior Program Facilitator to join the Connect and Respect Team. As a Senior Program Facilitator, you will be responsible for developing and delivering a behaviour change program to support men and women who choose to use violence and/or abuse cease their use of these behaviours while maximising the safety of victim survivors and children.
This position will be offered on a Fixed term Full -Time basis, working 76 hours per fortnight.

Selection Criteria
- Tertiary qualification in the human services field, and/or significant experience in family and domestic violence.
- Relevant experience in a similar role, including individual support and group facilitation.
- Intermediate computer, numeracy and literacy skills.
- Intermediate organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
- Intermediate emotional distress and crisis management skills.
- Skills in risk assessment, safety planning, advocacy, negotiation, and teamwork
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Family and Domestic Violence and working with Family Safety
- Satisfactory Police clearance (not older than 6 months from the issue date)
- Unrestricted drivers’ licence
- Working With Children Check
