About the role
We are seeking motivated and experienced registered Psychologists, Social Workers and Counsellors with proven experience in short term, solutions-orientated interventions to join our growing national team.
This position requires a proactive, compassionate and innovative thinker; a person who exemplifies our corporate values and enjoys thinking outside the box to look for ways to improve processes and promote service quality and timeliness.
Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Provide a range of clinical services such as mediation, training, manager support, organisational consultancy, critical incident response, EAP briefings and webinars.
- Provide clinical services in a variety of possible modes.
- Provide training sessions to customers
- Onsite visits to identifying and understanding customer needs and offering interventions or problem solving strategies
- Provide supervision and guidance to client services team
What you bring
- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work or Counselling.
- Registration with the relevant professional body.
- 5 years of relevant experience.
- A current driver’s license.
- Be commercially savvy, with the ability to view issues and problems from a business, customer and personal perspective.
- Enjoy working with diverse workplaces to assess work stressors and risk factors in work environments.
- Have a solid understanding of organisational and individual factors impacting on people performance.
- Able to work independently managing caseloads, be proactive and quick thinking.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
