About the role
We are seeking a Service Manager in Fremantle. The successful applicant will manage a team of staff with particular focus on counselling and community development programs. Major duties include staff management and development, clinical supervision and oversight of community development initiatives. The Service Manager may have a small clinical case load.
Salaries are in accordance with the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010. Level 7, pay point commensurate with experience, qualifications and role.
About you
In a changing landscape with high levels of need, we seek a manager who thrives on operating in a dynamic and challenging environment. Applications for this position are sought from people with a sound clinical and service coordination background, and experience in the alcohol and other drug field.
