CASPA SERVICES LTD – POSITION VACANCY – Semi-Independent Living (SIL) Caseworker – Far North Coast NSW
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced and highly competent Semi-Independent Living (SIL) Caseworker to join CASPA’s SIL Program Team on a Part-time, 6 months, 3 days per week basis, providing professional, flexible, and accountable casework for clients in a range of Semi-Independent Living models under a therapeutic framework.
Working collaboratively within the SIL Team based in Lismore, you will empower independence for children, young people, and families associated with our service to positively impact their transition from care experience. This role will require flexibility to travel according to demand, including but not limited to servicing Lismore and surrounding areas, ensuring that individuals across the broader Far North Coast NSW region have opportunity to lead their best lives with CASPA and beyond.
