CASPA SERVICES LTD – POSITION VACANCY – Semi-Independent Living (SIL) Mentor – Far North Coast NSW

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Semi-Independent Living (SIL) Mentor with CASPA you will work according to structured plans to successfully build long-term relationships with young people through supporting them to develop their independent living skills, connection to community, links to education/employment skills, and overall ability to positively manage life as a semi-independent young person. This role operates on a casual basis, may require duties across the Far North Coast of NSW from Lismore to Tweed Heads, and is significant in positively impacting the outcomes of individuals and their families through successful transition from care.

CASPA Services Ltd is a not-for-profit organisation providing a range of specialised care services to support complex trauma-based needs for children, young people, families, and people living with disabilities. Our programs include Therapeutic Intensive Residential Care, Intensive Family Preservation, Therapeutic Foster Care, Restoration, and other associated care types, we are a registered NDIS provider and operate a social enterprise Maintenance and repairs business.
