As a Semi-Independent Living (SIL) Mentor with CASPA you will work according to structured plans to successfully build long-term relationships with young people through supporting them to develop their independent living skills, connection to community, links to education/employment skills, and overall ability to positively manage life as a semi-independent young person. This role operates on a casual basis, may require duties across Brisbane QLD to Tweed Heads NSW, and is significant in positively impacting the outcomes of individuals and their families through successful transition from care.

CASPA Services Ltd is a not-for-profit organisation providing a range of specialised care services to support complex trauma-based needs for children, young people, families, and people living with disabilities. As well staff must maintain a current state or territory drivers license and keep it on hand whenever they drive a vehicle.
