The Opportunity
We require an experienced Social Worker to join our dynamic team. This role is apart of the Allied Health Team in the Wodonga Acute Wards and Emergency Department The successful applicant will work closely with medical, nursing and other allied health professionals in an interdisciplinary capacity to ensure optimal person centred healthcare is achieved. The successful applicant will provide high quality Social Work service provision and will work as part of the wider emergency clinical team to optimise patient flow and facilitate suitable care pathways into and out of the health service. Some flexibility in work hours and days may be required.
