Social Worker/Counsellor – ACCESS Programs Centacare Catholic Family Services

JOB DESCRIPTION

Bring your expertise to a long-standing EAP service to a variety of SA organisations. Adelaide CBD & Metro based.

The Role

ACCESS Programs is a social enterprise of Centacare Catholic Family Services and a leading provider of Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), training and consulting services to various South Australian organisations and businesses.

The focus of the role will be to provide a proactive response to organisational and individual client needs, by the way of one to one counselling, critical incident response, onsite support as well as a focus on training within ACCESS Programs’ fee for service framework.

This is a fixed term opportunity for 12 months  (a subsequent fixed-term period may be offered subject to funding).

What you need to bring

  • Degree in Social Work and membership of the relevant professional body A.A.S.W.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in clinical service delivery
  • Valid Department of Human Services (DHS) Working with Children Check (previously known as ‘Child-Related Employment Screening Clearance’).
  • Valid Australian Driver’s Licence
  • Ability to participate in an on-call roster
  • Ability to comply with Centacare Policy COVID-19 Vaccination requirements
  • Experience using Penelope electronic client management system is desirable
