About the Opportunity

ECH is currently seeking a Social Worker to join our multidisciplinary team who is dedicated and passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of our elderly clients. You will work amongst our dedicated  Allied Health Services team and Care Coordinators to provide advice and assistance in enabling our clients to achieve their goals and have the best life possible as they age. As a Social Worker at ECH, you will complete psycho-social assessments to educate and support our clients with complex needs, while developing case plans catered to each individual’s needs and requirements. 

 

About You

You will be registered with the Australian Association of Social Work.

You are confident in conducting a comprehensive assessment of resident’s psychosocial needs.

You have obtained relevant tertiary qualification in Social Work.

You have experience in working within a team

You are kind, even when a bit stressed out, dynamic and energetic. You are also flexible and adaptable to change.

You are passionate about caring for people in the community and will contribute your ideas and hard work to make ECH better every day.
