The Role
If you are someone who has well developed communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on creating quality outcomes for your clients, we want to hear from you! We are looking for a qualified Social Worker who is motivated to deliver quality and collaborative services to individuals and whose work ethic and personal values align to those of Incite Solutions Group: People, Solutions, Collaboration, and Integrity.
You will have the opportunity to:
• Achieve optimal outcomes by working across challenging, complex presentations and situations
• Balance a semi-autonomous, self-driven approach to your role, showing integrity and collaboration
• Play a key role in other team member’s professional development through peer coaching
• Craft robust relationships with stakeholders who value your recommendations and application of expert skills
To be successful here, you will have:
- Have a strong alignment to our organisational values and dedication in the application of this in your everyday work
- Social Work qualifications
- You will be registered with AASW (Australian Association of Social Workers), or have the ability to be
- Excellent communication skills – both written & verbal
- Strong aptitude for time management & report writing
- Ability to work autonomously
- Ability to meet customer and internal KPI’s
- Ability to meet billing expectations and targets
- Experience in Occupational Rehabilitation would be an advantage, however, not essential
- Valid Australian Driver’s License
- COVID-19 vaccination as per our customer requirements
- Have or have the ability to obtain a National Police Clearance certificate
