Due to our growth, we are now seeking a qualified Social Worker with mental health experience to work in one of our partner hospitals, in the St Kilda Road precinct.
This role is a casual role of 1 day per week and includes:
- Servicing social work referrals from all wards
- Potential of leading discharge planning groups
- Engagement in ward clinical review, if possible.
The candidates we seek would have:
- An AASW accredited Social Work Degree
- A current National Police Clearance
- A minimum of 3 years mental health experience
- A demonstrated ability to work both autonomously and within a team, and
- Excellent communication and organisation skills to work in a fast-paced environment.
