Matilda Nepean Private Hospital is seeking Part Time Social Worker 3 days per week to join our team. Attractive salary offered.
Essential Criteria:
- AASW Registration
- Minimum of 1-2 years of post graduate experience
- Experience working on Acute Medical, Rehabilitation or Palliative Care inpatient wards desirable
- Experience working with clients who present with Orthopaedic, Neurological, Cardiac or multiple Health Co-morbidities
- Demonstrated understanding of evidence informed practice and critical thinking
- Sound verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team
