We are looking to grow our team in the medical industry and currently taking applications for Social workers!
There are Casual, Part Time and Permanent Positions available!

About the Role:

This role can involve various tasks through out a day, such as:

  • Client Assessments
  • Case management
  • Counselling and Support
  • Advocacy 
  • Client Intervention
  • Policy and program development
  • Social Participation

What you will need:
The Successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following:

  • Current Working with Vulnerable People Registration
  • NDIS Worker Screening – Desirable 
  • Current Driver’s License 
  • Working in Australia Rights
  • First Aid & CPR
  • Demonstrated experience as a Social Worker
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Good experience in community engagement and relationship building.
  • A passion for helping people build capacity, live a comfortable life and achieve their goals.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Reliable, adaptable., motivated and committed to providing quality care.
  • Knowledge of de-escalation techniques.
  • Experience working with people with Mental Health disabilities.
  • Appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification which gives eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver training and development programs
  • Planning, facilitation, evaluation and delivery of group based projects for young people who present with complex issues
  • Provision of a high standard of assessment, case planning and health care services within a case management approach to young people with complex needs
