Would you consider working as a Social Worker with a specialist Department of Veterans Affairs & Occupational Rehab company’s Dream Team in Brisbane?

CO: Be-spoke DVA & Occupational Rehab Org | Known for using Innovative, Evidence-based, Best-practice, Health service focused methods to assist injured Vets and Workers.
  
ROLE: Case Management of injured Vets & Workers | Assess their mental health injuries using a variety of Assessment tools including Vocational AX | Write a Rehab Plan incorporating evidence-based interventions | Implement the Rehab or Redeployment plan in line with various Treating Medical Practitioners | Liaise with all stakeholders to ensure transparency and sustainable outcomes | Assist with job-readiness and job-seeking activities
  
SALARY: $85,000 Base + Super
