The Opportunity
We require an experienced Social Worker to join our dynamic team. This role is part of a new Allied Health Team based in the Rehabilitation Ward in Wodonga Hospital. The successful applicant will work closely with medical, nursing and other allied health professionals in an multidisciplinary capacity to ensure optimal person centred healthcare is achieved. The successful applicant will provide high quality Social Worker service provision and will work as part of the wider rehabilitation clinical team to facilitate suitable care pathways into and out of the health service. Some flexibility in work hours and days may be required.
