JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Profile : We are seeking to appoint suitably experienced and enthusiastic people to the position of Social Worker – Clinical Treatment Team. In this role as part of the multidisciplinary team, provides medium to long term recovery focussed mental health intervention to maintain people within the community environment..
