St John’s is committed to the wellbeing of our students and the Student Counsellor role is an integral part of our circle of care for our students. The Student Counsellor will provide care and support for our students and works in partnership with parents, caregivers, teaching staff, the wellbeing assistant and school leadership to provide wellbeing support to students across our Secondary and Junior Schools. 

This role offers you the opportunity to utilise your strong counselling experience and passion for working with young people in a supportive school environment. The successful applicant must be an approachable and experienced person with a strong work ethic and a passion to contribute to the continued success of St John’s Grammar School.

Please note that this is a permanent part time position from the start of Term 1 2024 working 2 days per week (preferably Monday and Tuesday), 40 weeks of the year.
