Due to the continued growth of the business, we are now currently seeking an energetic Education/Student Counselor to join our Melbourne Team.
Roles
- Guiding international students in their admission support in universities, TAFE and Colleges
- To provide an exceptional level of service to prospective clients relating to all PFEC services
- Assist clients in understanding our services and identify solutions to fit their needs, generating sales and achieving high client satisfaction levels.
- To proactively convert enquiries into sales
- To proactively identify barriers to sale and work with your team leader to increase conversions
- To complete administrative tasks in a timely and efficient manner
- Proactively convert enquiries into sales to ensure higher conversion rates
- Meet and exceed set targets
- Educate the international students about various study options & benefits
*Experienced student counselor preferred but not a must, Fresher can also apply.
*Preference will be given to candidates with Education & Migration industry background.
*Experience in handling higher education applications
*Punjabi or Asian will be added advantage.
