The Role:
As a Student Support Officer, you’ll be the friendly voice of our organisation. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring our students have a smooth and positive learning experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting students and prospective students with inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Providing information on courses, enrolment progress, and program details.
- Support customers with Recognised Prior Learnings (RPL)
- Handling and resolving student concerns and issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Coordinating student records and documentation.
- Collaborating with our training and assessment teams to facilitate a seamless learning journey.
- Calling students for outstanding payments
- Maintaining a high level of service quality to enhance the student experience.
