The Role: 

As a Student Support Officer, you’ll be the friendly voice of our organisation. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring our students have a smooth and positive learning experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting students and prospective students with inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Providing information on courses, enrolment progress, and program details.
  • Support customers with Recognised Prior Learnings (RPL)
  • Handling and resolving student concerns and issues with empathy and professionalism.
  • Coordinating student records and documentation.
  • Collaborating with our training and assessment teams to facilitate a seamless learning journey.
  • Calling students for outstanding payments
  • Maintaining a high level of service quality to enhance the student experience.
