The Roles:
At IMHS, we are looking for several skilled mental health professionals to join our multidisciplinary team. For the right candidates these roles have flexible working conditions (working from home) with remuneration tailored to the individual according to their experiences, qualifications and employment structure. The following role are currently available.
Support coordinator, in this role you will be responsible supporting participants to build and maintain care teams with both formal and informal support networks to reduce barriers in the environment. This involves developing strong relationships with relevant stakeholders in the community and the provision of support in line with NDIS legislation, budgeting for plan funding and developing support plans.
Occupational Therapist, in this role you need to have a keen interest in mental health with experience preferrable. We require an Occupational therapist to conduct full functional assessments, SIL assessments, Assistive technology assessments and/ or ongoing face to face sessions.
Positive Behavior Support Practitioner: As a PBS practitioner at IMHS, you will conduct functional behavioral assessments as well as develop interim and comprehensive behavior support plans in line with NDIS legislation. You will have access to guidance and supervision from our experienced team to further develop your skills.
About You:

- Allied Health Degree (desirable but not essential for support coordinator)
- Working with Childrens check
- NDIS screening check
- Experience within the mental health field (or willing to learn)
- Ability to manage a caseload of participants.
- Driver’s license
