Who we are:
Accessability WA Inc was founded in 1993 in Narrogin by a group of devoted parents of children with disability who identified the need to have a local support service and networking opportunities. Growing from humble beginnings, Accessability WA Inc now has over 80 employees and services 28 local government areas covering 87,ooo square kilometers across the Southern Wheatbelt, and Upper Great Southern regions. We have offices in Narrogin and Katanning.
Whilst the sector has grown, Accessability WA Inc has stayed true to its foundations in the Wheatbelt and continues to work alongside Participants to Connect, Belong and Achieve within their community.

All of our Team are dedicated to making a difference and assisting people living with disability to realise their individual life goals and dreams. Our Team deliver person centred supports which include community inclusion, accommodation supports, assistance with daily living and therapy supports. Join our Team:
- Our shifts vary and we can work around your availability and commitments, including secondary employment
- Availability for early mornings and evenings, including inactive sleep shifts, is highly desirable
- Ability to deliver individualised supports to Participants with varying personal needs and goals
- The ability to complete documentation including shift notes, incident reports and other Participant related documents
- Effective communication skills including active listening skills and adaptable approaches with individual Participants
- Unlimited working rights in Australia
- Current WA Drivers Licence
- Willingness to obtain a Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check (we will complete the CrimCheck internally)
