The Support Worker will be required to travel to various locations to deliver services. The role will undertake various support item delivery in accordance with the participants NDIS plan. Support categories include; assistance with daily life, transport, assistance with social and community participation, improved daily living skills etc.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting participants with personal care
- Domestic and daily living support
- Transporting participants
- Meal preparation and shopping assistance
- Promoting independent living, community participation and social inclusion
What you require:
- Availability to cover a range of shifts including sleepovers, weekends and more than 1 shift per day is highly desirable
- The ability to empower others and work effectively with young people
- High level of organisation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Can do attitude and problem-solving skills
- A current valid Driver’s Licence and a registered vehicle (including insurance)
- Satisfactory Police Records Check [less than 12 months old]
- Blue and Yellow Cards – CURRENT or willing to obtain before commencement
- Certificate of Completion – NDIS Worker Orientation Module https://www.ndiscommission.gov.au/workers/training-course
- Preferred Minimum Certificate lll in Disability, Mental Health, Individual Support, Home and Community Care or other related fields but not essential
- Evidence of your full COVID19 Vaccination including Booster or medical exemption.
