  • $49.53ph + Super + Generous Salary Packaging [link removed] benefits of up to $18,550
  • WFH position – This service is delivered remotely. Office located in Narre Warren if required

About the Partners in Wellbeing (PIW) program
The Partners in Wellbeing Program was developed to help meet an identified gap in the mental health and wellbeing needs of the Victorian community due to the psychosocial challenges experienced by the Covid – 19 pandemic, including mental health and wellbeing challenges due to imposed restrictions.

What you’ll be doing
As Team Leader you will be motivated and passionate about creating a positive culture in the workplace and supporting multi-disciplinary teams to provide high-quality care to individuals who experience mental health challenges.

This role requires developing the teams’ capabilities through supervision and continuous learnings, overseeing the referral process, supporting staff in day-to-day work and collaborate with the PIW services and partner agencies. You will also hold a small caseload.

Who we’re looking for
An ability to provide leadership to a multidisciplinary team, to adjust work practices according to clinical and performance feedback and have strong consultative skills to make timely decisions will be essential to the success of this role.
You will also have:

  • Experience providing leadership and managing a team in a community setting.
  • Experience in working with teams who are working remotely.
  • Proven ability to lead continual change in a complex work environment.
  • Ability to support and maintain successful collaborations between services for enhanced consumer outcomes.
  • Extensive experience in supporting individuals across the community.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification.

Who you’ll be working with
You will collaborate as a member of the dynamic multidisciplinary Partner in Wellbeing Team as well as with teams in our partner organisations team, to give clients the best possible support.
