About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic individual to fill our Team Leader, temporary parental leave coverage position with the School, Student and Family Program (SSFP). The SSFP Team Leader is responsible for the coordination and administration of service provision in primary and secondary schools within their region. The SSFP Team Leader will manage day to day operations in service delivery whilst managing a team. This is a temporary full-time parental leave coverage position consisting of 38 hours per week up until January 2025. The salary range for this position will be $50.37 to $51.88 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience. The position provides coverage for the Macarthur region.

What you will need

  • Degree in Social Work, Social Science, Counselling or Psychology.
  • Eligibility for membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW), clinical membership with the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA) or general registration with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Demonstrated knowledge and recent experience in the provision of Clinical Supervision.
  • Current knowledge of child protection legislation and protocols.
  • Demonstrated ability in administrative skills including IT and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading a team.
