Telehealth Coaching LeapForward

JOB DESCRIPTION

LeapForward is an innovative Australian healthtech company in the Personal Injury sector.

With a vision to see ‘Recovery done differently’, LeapForward is a 6-week program harnessing the power of psycho-education, technology and coaching to support people getting back to health, life and work.  LeapForward combines engaging healthtech with significant Personal Injury recovery expertise – offering a unique industry solution with demonstrable outcomes and cost-effectiveness.

The technological innovation driving LeapForward is industry-leading – including daily, evidence-based interactive coaching via a digitised health coach – Lucy – and expertly-produced complementary in-app video and interactive workbook content, supported by weekly specialist telehealth coaching.

Working with LeapForward will allow you to make a meaningful, rewarding contribution to people’s lives and an opportunity to work with an industry-leading healthtech solution.  This role is available to an Allied Health Professional who may be looking to provide health coaching/counselling solely via telehealth, with all the flexibility a remote role provides.

Description

This fantastic full or part-time contractor opportunity will deliver therapeutic CBT-based coaching interventions to promote engagement and overcome psychosocial barriers to recovery from injury or illness.  Managerial coaching and support, endless flexibility in all aspects of your role and an opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing Australian healthtech with limitless growth-potential are the key differences with this opportunity. This role has the potential to move to permanent.

The role

  • Assist the screening, assessment and onboarding of program participants;
  • Provide weekly coaching sessions and referral assistance to program participants via telehealth;
  • Maintain clear and precise case notes;
  • Provide periodic update-communications and end-of-program reporting for each participant; and
  • Work within a multi-disciplinary team, including debriefing and sharing knowledge in order to best support participants and continue to evolve the program.

You

  • Degree qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling or Rehabilitation Counselling (or related allied health degree qualification) with relevant membership of the respective professional body;
  • Proven CBT-based counselling/coaching skills;
  • Fantastic interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence;
  • Proven stakeholder communication skills and report-writing experience;
  • Experience in telephone, digital, and/or face to face counselling/health coaching;
  • An interest in healthtech and a keenness for innovation in supporting recovery, health and wellbeing; and
  • Must have Australian work rights.

Benefits

  • Extremely flexible work arrangement – work from home, entirely self-managed diary;
  • Collaborative and supportive (remote) team environment with a strong organisational buy-in and commitment to LeapForward’s vision and mission;
  • Full-time and part-time  contractor roles available with immediate start; and
  • Healthy remuneration based on experience.

Job Offer

LeapForward is changing the landscape of recovery in Personal Injury – our coaches are a key component of our service delivery.  Our coaches are driven and energetic professionals with a genuine desire to make a difference in people’s lives.  We value difference-makers and individuals who bring passion and a commitment to excellence to their roles.  In return, you will be offered competitive remuneration, very flexible working arrangements, a fantastic (remote) team environment backed by a supportive and driven management team.
