Telehealth Psychologist/Mental Health Social Worker (Work from Home) Billows Psychology

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are a private practice operating out of the Good Hub in Goodwood (SA, 5034) seeking to expand. We are looking for a warm, compassionate clinician to deliver therapeutic services online. Weekend work is available and highly desirable, though days are negotiable.

 

To be considered, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • General registration as a psychologist with AHPRA/AASW
  • Psychologists and MHSW’s must be eligible for a Medicare provider number and familiar with Medicare reporting requirements
  • Current professional indemnity insurance and ABN
  • Current working with vulnerable persons check
  • Experience with a diverse range of clinical presentations and demonstrated capacity in developing evidence-based treatment plans delivered with high quality
  • Sound understanding of and ability to fulfil all ethical and legal requirements as per AHPRA regulated requirements for registered psychologists in Australia (or code of ethics relevant to profession as appropriate)
  • Warm, empathetic and professional demeanour

 

Additionally, the following will be highly regarded:

  • Training in trauma-informed and trauma-focussed therapeutic interventions (training and experience in EMDR therapy will be very highly regarded)
  • Training in and experience with delivery of Dialectical Behavioural Therapy
  • Experience in the use of PowerDiary practice management software
