Upbeat Heath & Wellbeing is looking for Therapeutic Health professionals to join our Multidisciplinary team. Upbeat is a Fem led, Neurodiverse and First Nations led community based out of Narm. Upbeat embraces a Early intervention approach to all Mental Health services providing Community based services, 1.1 and Community Programs.
We are seeking staff in varied roles that come with experience and training around trauma informed care, Holistic practices and Therapeutic methods. Complex needs are of the norm in our space and we are seeking experienced resilient staff to help lead and be a part of our team.
We are looking for: Art Therapists, Coordinators & Facilitators, Counselors, Mental Health Clinicians, AOD workers, Child Youth & Family Intervention Workers, Disability Workers, Transport workers and more!
UpBeat delivers a wide variety of programs as a community including:
- Holistic, Trauma informed, Evidence based Programs and 1.1 Culturally safe services
- Child, Youth & Family Early Intervention programs for Aboriginal, TSI * ND Families & individuals.
- Social, Emotional and Wellbeing First Nations practices
- PACE Therapeutic models of play based, art, music & sport based therapeutic programs and practices
- Art Therapy, counseling and music Therapies
- Culturally competent and safe modules of community engagement
- Respite trips, Kinship care and in home respite.
