The opportunity

Kinetic has entered an exciting chapter in 2022 which sees us operate one third of Melbourne’s entire bus network. To support our growth, we have introduced a Car to Bus training program which is a perfect opportunity for people who are looking to showcase their passion for excellent customer service in a unique and rewarding way.

With a strong focus on providing a safe and reliable journey for our passengers, our Bus Drivers operate on route services, school services, charters and special events. Successful candidates will play a key part in keeping Melbourne moving after undergoing a comprehensive HR license training program. No driving experience is necessary as we will provide you with everything you need to ensure you are set up for long term success.

  • North Fitzroy
  • Doncaster
  • Sunshine West (no current vacancy)
  • Thomastown
  • Keysborough
  • Heatherton

The boxes you’ll tick

  • Excellent customer service skills and enjoy working with the public
  • A current Australian full Car licence held for a minimum of 2 years
  • Be able to obtain a CPV Driver Accreditation and Working With Children Check
  • Be able to pass a pre‐employment physical examination and medical history check
  • Hold valid Australian Work Rights
