We are currently advertising for a Trainer and Assessor for South East Queensland in the areas of:
- Certificate ll in Community Services
- Certificate III in Community Services
- Diploma of Community Services
- Diploma of Counselling

Reporting to the Training Manager, you will manage a student case load using a variety of delivery models and will be responsible for achieving outstanding results with our clients and students.
The successful applicant will have:
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment – TAE40116
- Qualification(s) in the areas being delivered (Cert lll or Diploma level preferred)
- Current industry experience in the field(s) of delivery
- A ‘can do’ positive approach to training
- A self-motivated, resilient, energetic and self-assured attitude
- Confidence in dealing with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Knowledge or experience within the training industry
- Current Blue Card (required prior to appointment)
- Driver’s license and own vehicle
Connections and networks within the Community Services industry will be highly regarded.
You will be expected to:
- Directly manage a student case load
- Exceed KPI’s and targets
- Maintain the highest levels of quality and ethics in everything you do!
