Trainer and Assessor – Counselling Aurora Training Institute

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently advertising for a Trainer and Assessor for South West Queensland qualified to Train CHC51015 – Diploma of Counselling.

Reporting to the Training Manager, you will manage a student case load using a variety of delivery models and will be responsible for achieving outstanding results with our clients and students.

The successful applicant will have:

  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment – TAE40116
  • Qualification(s) in the areas being delivered 
  • Current industry experience in the field(s) of delivery
  • A ‘can do’ positive approach to training
  • A self-motivated, resilient, energetic and self-assured attitude
  • Confidence in dealing with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Knowledge or experience within the training industry
  • Current Blue Card (required prior to appointment)
  • Driver’s license and own vehicle

Connections and networks within the industry will be highly regarded.

You will be expected to:

  • Directly manage a student case load
  • Exceed KPI’s and targets
  • Maintain the highest levels of quality and ethics in everything you do!
