Join Us in Transforming Mental Healthcare
At The Talbot Centre, we are not just part of the healthcare system—we are here to transform it. We believe every person deserves to know their worth, feel a sense of belonging, and be supported to grow into their full potential. Our mission is to challenge the status quo and pioneer a new kind of person-centred care—one that is deeply human, accessible, and empowering. We are reimagining healthcare, breaking down barriers, and creating real change for individuals, families, and communities.
If you’re driven by purpose and want to be part of something bigger, this is where you belong.

As a member of our triage team, you will be the first point of contact many in our community will have when seeking support during some of the most difficult times in their lives. You will play a vital role in making people feel comfortable, heard, and accepted, helping to reduce the stigma around mental health. You will support people to feel connected and understood while instilling hope for a better future.
You’ll love this role if you:
- Naturally make others feel at ease and supported.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.
- Get deep satisfaction from helping people.
- Want to build a meaningful, long-term career where your work truly matters.
- Are a team player who enjoys working alongside others.
- Are an excellent multi-tasker who can prioritise effectively.
- Have strong self-awareness and proactively look after your wellbeing.
- Are calm under pressure and help others regulate in stressful situations.
- Are respectful, non-judgemental, and deeply compassionate.
- Have exceptional communication and administrative skills.
If this sounds like you, then you could be the person we have been looking for.
