PaRK MHS are recruiting for a Welfare Officer to work with the Mental Health Hospital in the Home (HiTH) team where you will be providing a fundamental role as a resource for the consumers, carers, and staff in relation to the management of individuals with mental health issues. You will be working collaboratively with the Senior Social Worker and the HiTH team to delivery quality service to the consumers in their own environment.

We provide practical and motivational support that helps people to develop the skills they need to move on, thrive and improve the quality of their lives. It’s an approach to mental health and wellbeing that looks at the whole person in the context of their daily life.

  • Demonstrate resilience with a high degree of initiative and experience in providing mental health advice and support.
  • Work collaboratively with your team members to ensure the best quality and care of your patients.

WA Government Belong Campaign incentive: $3,000 to $8,000 depending on circumstance. Find two documents attached that outline the campaign.

In addition, SMHS Incentives up to maximum $15,000 may be considered to bridge the gap between the Belong Campaign and other incurred costs.
