The Role:

An exciting opportunity to join Northern Health’s dedicated Wellbeing team. Operating within a small and passionate wellbeing team, this role will work to deliver the ‘My Wellbeing at NH’: Enabling our staff to THRIVE’ project.

Reporting to the Director of People & Performance, the Wellbeing Partner will focus on the design and delivery of Northern Health’s wellbeing strategy. The successful applicant will engage with the entirety of Northern Health’s workforce to implement a full spectrum of wellbeing initiatives, ultimately meeting the needs of all employees.

Key to the success of the role will be the development of working relationships with key stakeholders to make an impact, improve wellbeing culture and implement a sustainable program of work.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Graduate qualification in a relevant health and/or wellbeing discipline / or proven work experience in either.
  • Experience working in Wellbeing or People & Culture roles, preferably in healthcare.
  • Experience in creation, development and delivery of wellbeing-based programs and initiatives
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines
  • Accreditation in psychological wellbeing and/or organisational culture assessment tools is desired but not required.
