We have an exciting new opportunity for a Wellbeing Support Officer (Full-Time) and we’re on the hunt for a teammate to join our team in Sydney!
This is such an exciting opportunity as you’ll be the first point of contact for many of our incoming support calls and work alongside an incredible team of experienced Psychologists, Social Workers and Counsellors. You will assist clients in accessing the highest level of support from their very first call.

About You:
- Ideally, you have experience/training in the mental health space or have completed first-aid training
- Have experience in customer service or call centre (via a digital and/or social media platform)
- Are a team player and committed to supporting and working alongside an experienced clinical team
- Are seeking to make a meaningful contribution to the well-being of our clients
- Have excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated skills in business systems and are willing and quick to learn
- With a warm, friendly and approachable attitude you’ll fit in perfectly with us!
