Wellbeing Team Leader
Killester College invites applications a Wellbeing Team Leader to lead College’s Wellbeing Team.
The successful applicant will be responsible for the development, implementation and ongoing review of the wellbeing strategic plan. Work collaboratory with work with members of the leadership team to develop, implement and review the implementation of all wellbeing programs, with specific reference to Positive Education, across the College.
The key areas of responsibilty will include:
- Lead the development, implementation and ongoing review of the Wellbeing strategic plan
- Lead the Wellbeing Team
- In consultation with relevant staff, develop, implement and review appropriate policies and processes for all members of the Wellbeing Team
- Be responsible for the referenced administrative requirements
